Dispatchers who handles Nappanee’s calls are they in Elkhart County or Kosciusko’s?

It all depends on where the phone call is being made from and if it is a non-emergency call or not. All non-emergency calls get routed to Elkhart County Dispatch. If a person calls 911 they may get either Elkhart or Kosciusko County. That would all depend on if they are using a landline or if they were using a cell phone and the cell phone hits the closest tower, which may be in Elkhart or Kosciusko County.
