Please fill out this electronic form if you are wanting to speak during a Common Council or Board of Works meeting at least 1 hour prior to meeting start time.

Due to the coronavirus and the Indiana Governor’s Executive Orders 20-08 and 20-09, this meeting will be both a virtual and in-person meeting. If you would like to observe the meeting or wish to comment on any item, please email or call City Clerk-Treasurer at jknight@nappanee.org or 574-773-2112 at least one (1) hour before the meeting. “Request to speak” cards can be found here or you can fill out the online speaker form above.
