As a member of the public, you are encouraged to voice your opinions and become actively involved in the City of Nappanee’s legislative process. The City Council meetings are open to the public and agendas are available for your review prior to the meeting. The Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month and commence at 7:00pm.

The public may also speak during Public Hearings, specifically to items that appear on the agenda under this section. You do not have to complete a card in order to speak during the Public Hearing. The Council President will open the Public Hearing and explain how the public may be involved. Remarks should be kept to the point and as brief as possible.
